✅ Your order is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking information).

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or replacements for:
🚫Buyer's remorse (changed mind, didn’t like the color, etc.).
🚫Used or opened products for hygiene reasons.
🚫Shipping delays caused by the carrier (unless the package is lost).
